ReclaimHerself is a digital wellness platform designed for women navigating perimenopause. The Platform provides a personalized assessment, a structured 7-week wellness roadmap (the RECLAIM Method), daily micro-actions, guided journaling, progress tracking, and an AI wellness coach. ReclaimHerself is a wellness and educational platform. It is not a medical service, therapy, or substitute for professional healthcare.
To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The 15-question perimenopause assessment is available free of charge and does not require an account or login. Assessment results are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription at $37 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

The AI wellness coach ("Clair") is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed to provide general wellness guidance and support. Clair is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, or counselor. Responses from Clair should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not share your personal content with third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide and improve the services described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems, to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, or to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the RECLAIM Method, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by ReclaimHerself and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReclaimHerself shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
